A Forever Family Anniversary

Yes, Monday marked the one year anniversary of the 5 of us becoming a forever family. We celebrated a day early because Kevin was out of town on Monday. For dinner, we went to Mark Pi's, a local Chinese restaurant. (ironic thing is that their walls are adorned with pictures of Chicago's Chinatown) Delilah and Mark, and Carol, Rob and their kids met us there to share this special occasion. Then we all came back to our house for a "Happy Family Day" cake. We are not only blessed for the addition of Kamryn to our family, but also for the many wonderful friends we've met along the way.

Congratulations to the whole Ahearn family. As you've said, what a year it has been. Though it's going to be sooooo tough to leave your wonderful Indiana friends, try to imagine the terrific new friends that Kamryn is going to lead you to in Chicago.

The Good Lord will keep you all connected through that adorable little ladybug.

My love to all of you,

Lin

Congratulations on one year with Kamryn. It's been a terrific year. She's learned so much already. Her big brothers have been so good to her. You can tell that she adore's them by the way she smile's when they come into the room. Then there is Mommy and Daddy. WOW! Does she ever adore them. She just lights up the whole room with her smile. What a lucky girl to have such a loving family and what a lucky family to have such an adorable loving little girl! Have a great second year with Kamryn!!
Love ya, Mom
